I lived there since the summer of 2023. The rooms were nothing special. The kitchen was greasy, dirty, and sticky. There was mold and dirt under the showers in the bathrooms. The mop in the bathroom was smelly and dirty. In August, the owner was renovating the roof, working until 10:30 PM, disregarding that the tenants had to work the next day. Additionally, he charges €2.5 for using the washing machine. €186.5 per week clearly wasn't enough for him, although it should have been €100 for such conditions. In December, there were three of us. Jan, trying to save money, would go into rooms, tighten radiators, and move things around, claiming it was an "inspection." There was also a chair fire and two kitchen fire alarm incidents. I was afraid my belongings would burn someday. In February 2024, I had health issues and had to go to Poland. I asked the owner if he could take my things and release the room so I wouldn't have to pay, as I didn't know when I would return. I returned after three weeks, and he demanded money for the three weeks. He reluctantly allowed me to pay for two weeks, saying he didn't rent the room out because he had no one else. 😂 I asked in messages how much I should transfer to him. Otherwise, I would have asked a friend to take my things. He's a very sly and cunning person. Additionally, his intellectually disabled son roughly scrubs floors on his knees and sorts trash (I saw it with my own eyes during the two days I stayed there without going to work). Remember, Jan, money isn't everything, and this review will come back like a boomerang. I don't recommend this place; it's a stressful environment. - Sebastian

Goed geslapen en prima ontbijt in verhouding met de prijs

Hartstikke fijne mensen, mooie knusse tuin, winkel op loopafstand en een prachtig bos. Netjes en schoon, niet duur.

Simpel maar toch heeft het iets wat me wel aanspreekt. Leuke eigenaren. Ik ga zeker een keer terug.

Jan en Bea geweldige mensen zeer gastvrij .... alles altijd schoon en je zit hier in een fantastische natuurlijke omgeving en ook in de buurt van antwerpen bergen op zoom Roosendaal enz
